DIGITAL PRODUCTS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
General Provisions
All digital products (embroidery patterns, templates, and other downloadable files) available in our store are intangible products delivered electronically. Once access to a file has been granted or the file has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
For Buyers in the European Union (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that:
- performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and
- the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By placing an order and confirming immediate delivery of the digital file, you expressly agree that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon commencement of performance. No refunds are possible after access to the file has been granted.
For Buyers in the United Kingdom (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to digital content where the consumer has given express consent to begin performance before the end of the cancellation period and has acknowledged the loss of the right to cancel. By completing your purchase, you confirm both conditions.
For Buyers in the United States
There is no federal law in the United States requiring sellers to accept returns on digital goods. Return policies are determined by the seller. Our policy is unequivocal: digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access to the file has been granted or the file has been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you agree to this condition.
For Buyers in Ukraine (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection")
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", goods of proper quality that constitute software or digital content (downloadable files) are not subject to return or exchange once access has been provided. By completing your purchase, you confirm your agreement with this condition.
Acknowledgement at Checkout
By placing an order for a digital product, the buyer confirms that they:
- have read and agree to this policy;
- expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and the provision of access to the digital content;
- understand and accept the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
